My name is Natalie!

I’m a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, currently pursuing a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. My approach blends evidence-based training with a deeper understanding of how to support the body through movement, nutrition, and lifestyle.

I’ve always been passionate about helping others feel their best. For me, fitness goes beyond workouts, it’s about learning how to move and fuel your body in a way that supports your energy, confidence, and overall well-being.

With over four years of experience working with a wide variety of clients, I’ve seen firsthand that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. This isn’t about strict plans or unrealistic routines, it’s about building something that actually fits into your life, supports your goals, and helps you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself.
